Description:
At AkashaLabdhi, we are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to lead our business development in aerospace, defense, and space markets.
Responsibilities:
• Drive revenue growth across aerospace, defense, and space sectors
• Manage sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships
• Create proposals and lead contract negotiations
• Report KPIs and forecasts to leadership
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business or Engineering
• 3+ years of technical/B2B sales experience
• Prior experience in deep-tech or defense/aerospace sales preferred
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
