Manjesh Mohan is a supply chain leader and entrepreneur with a robust educational background, including a Diploma in Automotive Engineering, a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, and a Master’s in Engineering Management. This strong technical foundation has equipped him with the leadership skills necessary to excel in fast-paced environments, such as working for an electric vehicle OEM in California. In this role, he honed his ability to manage complex projects, optimize processes, and ensure quality across all stages of production with a keen focus on cost-effectiveness.

Driven by his passion for entrepreneurship, Manjesh co-founded Akasha Labdhi, where he currently leads the engineering and operational efforts. Akasha Labdhi aims to make significant contributions to the defense and space sector by developing high-performance aerospace structures. Manjesh’s leadership and dedication to innovative engineering techniques are propelling Akasha Labdhi toward becoming a multinational leader in the defence and aerospace industry.
